Please read the following notices before you reserve a room.
After you finish a reservation, we consider you have agreed with tinto*tinto terms and conditions.

Notices for the reservation

• Only online reservations are accepted.
• The rates depends on the numbers of people, the date, the plans you choose.  Please check the details on Top deals.
• Advance payment by credit card is required when you make a reservation.
• The numbers of rooms are limited, so please confirm your travel plan and reserve a room.
• Please refrain from making a tentative reservation or making a double reservation for a pending plan.  Also, please refrain from making a temporary reservation for a long period.
• Owing to the severe weather condition such as a rainstorm or a blackout caused by a typhoon, we will decide that we cannot provide a comfortable and safe stay to you.  In this case, we will be much appreciated if you move to another accommodation.

Location

• tinto*tinto is a small guesthouse which is situated in the northern part of Okinawa.  You can come here by 1 and a half hour drive from Naha airport through the Okinawa Expressway.
• It calmly stands on the hill over the ocean, and the area has no shop within a walking distance.
• You can get to a convenience store, a supermarket in 2 or 3-minute drive, and some good restaurants within 5-minute drive.
• Uppama Beach, which you can see from your room, is 5 minute walk from the guesthouse and the marine house is open during the summer.
• You can visit Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in 20-minute drive, Kouri island in 10-minute drive, and Nakijin Joshi, or Nakiijn ruins in 7-minute drive.
• Although you can come here by bus, we strongly recommend coming here by a rental car.  This is because only a limited number of bus service is available.

To the customers who stay either in Sora-room or in Umi-room

• You are not allowed to smoke inside the room.  When you smoke, please get out to the balcony of your room.
• We don’t provide a lounging wear nor a facial foam.  We kindly ask you to bring whatever you like.
• We offer the shampoo, the conditioner, the body soap, “Leaf & Botanics,” which contains the natural essential oil.
• You can bring your favorite shampoo and conditioner if you like.
• Please refrain from staying with your pet animals.

To the customers who would like to stay in a Japanese-Western style room: Sora room

• We welcome all the customers, even with babies or small kids.
• The room accommodates 4 adults.  If you are with your baby, 5 people can stay in this room.
• When 3 or more adults stay in this room, you can use the set of futon available upon request.
• For your detailed information, please refer to Sora room.

To the customers who would like to stay in a Japanese style room:Umi room

• This room is next to the room that belongs to our sister guesthouse, Machan Machan in the same site.
• We would like to ask you to bring only kids above elementary school to stay in this room.  That is because Machan Machan, too asks the customers to bring kids who are above elementary school to stay there.
• Due to the capacities of our cafe room and Machan Machan’s dining room as well , we regret to inform you that we cannot serve breakfast to you in the cafe room.  When you reserve, please choose a plan with or without a room service for breakfast.
• The room accommodates 3 people, including an elementary student kid.
• We don’t have a bathtub in this room.  We hope you feel relaxed taking a shower.

Check-in / Check-out

• You can check in from 3:00 pm-8:00 pm, and check out by 10:00 am.
• We kindly ask you to certainly contact us if you want to change your check-in time that you determined in advance.
• If you want to check in earlier than 3:00 pm, please contact us on your check-in day to make sure that you can.  When we are ready, we will be able to guide you to check in.
• After you check in, you can go out and come back anytime you want.

Breakfast plan

• If you choose a Sora room including breakfast, we serve breakfast just for you at the café room.  Please come to the café room at the time you chose when you checked in.
• You can choose 8:00 or 8:30 am for your breakfast.
• If you reserve a Umi room, we cannot serve breakfast just for you at the cafe room.
• We serve only the “today’s special” for breakfast.
• If you will not need breakfast, please choose the plan without breakfast.
• Unfortunately, we don’t provide dinner.  Instead, we recommend nice restaurants nearby when you check in.

Payment

• Advance payment by credit card is required in online reservation.
• When you make a reservation online, your payment should be completed.  If you cancel your reservation, the credit card company reimburse your payment later.
• After the free cancellation deadline, you have to pay a cancellation fee based on the rules and restrictions shown below.  The credit company calculates your cancellation fee and reimburse the rest of your cost.

To cancel or to modify your booking

• Please cancel or modify your booking at Make modify / cancel your reservation.
• If you need to change your travel plan in which you need to add breakfast, or a number of guests, or you need to change the travel date, such as staying more or modifying the travel date, please cancel your room first.  Then, please make a reservation with another plan again.
• Based on the rules and restrictions, you have to pay a cancellation fee.  If you have to cancel from 3 weeks before a day when you are supposed to stay, you will be charged.  The following is the detail.

21 days to 15 days ahead of your stay	30%
14 days to 8 days ahead of your stay	50%
7 days ahead of your stay or the previous day	80%
on the day you are supposed to stay or a no-show penalty	100%

• You will not be charged of your cost in an inevitable situation, such as cancellation of your flight due to a typhoon.
• You will have to pay a cancellation fee if you cancel with your own reasons or the weather condition except for a typhoon.
